group order policies

1. Please be prompt with deadlines. Forms and payments must be accomplished before deadlines unless you communicate and we approve of your extension.2. Strictly no backouts after claiming and getting your comment/message reacted/responded to!3. NO holds (only allowed occasionally but with partial payment).4. You only have 1 month to hold your items unless you are in pending group orders. We will send out a reminder through DMs and you will only have one week to respond before we dispose your items. You may only consolidate items from the same era.5. Please be patient with us! Bump your dms in the group chat only if we have not responded to your dms after 24 hours.6. By joining our group orders, we will automatically assume that you've read all our info and agree with all of them.

If you are a fixed claimer, you are automatically listed down for all the stores and your claims are as good as secured so you don't have to comment unless you are adding members to your claims. You can only have 3 backouts. If you back out more than 3 times, we will ask you to find a replacement for your remaining backouts and have them communicate with us to successfully replace your spot.If you are a semi-fixed claimer, you will comment the member you claimed for semi-fixed + the emoji we announced in the group chat. We will be taking claims by prioritizing more member claimers with the least claimed members in order to fill as many sets as we can. In the event that all of the semi-fixed claimers in your batch proceeds to claim the store, your claims are automatically secured. We will be basing on timestamps of comment if we see duplicate claims. Semi-fixed claimers will be prioritized in the first batches. You are required to claim from at least 5 stores to keep your semi-fixed priority spot.If you are a pre-claimer, you will comment any member you want to claim + the emoji we announced in the group chat. You will be prioritized before other people outside of this group chat.If your comment was reacted to by either one of us, that mean we've taken note of your claim. We may respond to your comment at a later time or may not respond at all depending on how it will help fill up the OT9 batches.

how we run our group orders

1. @odibuys will be posting the group order post for each stores. Comment your member + emoji for semi-fixed/pre-claim or your personal emoji that hasn't been used in the post if you're outside of those GCs.2. Either @odibuys or @wndzkdl will react/reply to your comment. That means we've taken note of your claim but this is not 100% guaranteed. At this point, you cannot back out of your claim.3. You will be added to the Cinema Paradise GOs group chat where @odibuys and @wndzkdl will be sending updates regarding all the group orders from each store (payment forms, deadlines, proof of purchasing/securing claims). For other collaboration/merch GOs, a new group chat will be created.4. Once the payment form has been sent or updated, please double check our master list (located under links in this carrd) before filling out the form. At this point, you'll know if your batch was pushed through and your claims were secured.5. Updates will be sent through the group chat and in our Instagram stories to be added to highlights to keep track of all the updates in case the group chat gets cluttered. You can also locate the summary of all the updates in out notion.6. Once items are on-hand, you may start filling out the shipping form unless you want your items to be consolidated. We only allow holds for claimers that have pending items.
